Nielsen's Processing is a small, family-owned business located in Grand Island. Together we have five children, who are usually floating around the store with us. We believe that family is everything, and building a great relationship with our customers is what makes us successful.

We take pride in bringing the farm life to your table with our custom beef and hog processing, and our free-range, farm-fresh eggs. 

There is a wide variety of steaks, roasts, prime rib, and so much more ready for purchase. 

And last but certainly not least, our BBQ Saturday lunches and catering are a huge hit!
